If you provide your phone number and consent, you may receive SMS updates about your gifts (for example, delivery confirmations). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email; transactional messages about active orders will still be sent.
5. Data sharing
We share information with trusted service providers only to operate NexYear Gifting, including:
- Shipping & fulfillment — carriers such as UPS to label, ship, and track gifts.
- Payments — payment processors to charge and reconcile orders.
- Communications — email and messaging providers (such as Resend) to send updates.
- Infrastructure — hosting and storage providers that run our platform.
These providers are bound to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
